At Devoteam, we are 'Digital Transformakers.' We provide level 2 application support on the ServiceNow platform, diagnose and resolve complex technical or functional incidents, and collaborate with teams for problem escalation and tracking.
Requirements
- Provide level 2 application support on the ServiceNow platform
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical or functional incidents
- Collaborate with N1, N3 teams, and developers for problem escalation and tracking
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation (procedures, operation guides, FAQs)
- Participate in updates, tests, and continuous improvements of the platform
- Contribute to automation and optimization of processes

Requirements Summary
