EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to support large organizations with their technological strategy. The role involves the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, configuration of standard modules, implementation of integrations, technical design, and maintenance. Requirements
- Proficiency in ServiceNow features (ITSM, ITAM, SIR, HRSD, CSM, SPM).
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal, Flow Designer.
- Understanding of ServiceNow best practices.
- Experience in integration (REST, SOAP, Web Services).
- 2 to 5 years of ServiceNow experience
- CSA, CAD, CIS certifications in ServiceNow modules
