Consultor de Soporte Prime Senior

We are looking for a Consultor de Soporte Prime Senior to bring your experience to a world-class company that is market-leading for both content and technology. As a Consultor de Soporte Prime Senior, you will be responsible for strong customer service skills, problem-solving, and providing customers with corrective instructions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in application support using Open SQL and SQL Server.
• Good command of collaboration tools such as ADO, Salesforce GSI, ServiceNow, and DataDog.
• Experience in integrating ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of foreign trade.
• Familiarity with special programs in Mexico such as IMMEX.
• Knowledge of PMI implementation methodology.
• Experience in implementation and/or support of foreign trade systems.
