ITT Inc. is looking for an Applications Technical Support Analyst to join their team. The Applications Technical Support Analyst will manage, design, and support services related to the engineering software applications used within the organization.
Requirements
- Resolve issues with Engineering applications and monitor ServiceNow queue.
- Manage large multi-departmental projects with end users, other IT teams &, vendors, to design/ improve the architecture, operational standards, and practices of the IT engineering team!
- Understand and manage the engineering software applications role in the business. Provide technical support for the software from troubleshoot, installation and upgrade of off the self-software
- Develop best practices and collaborate with other team members.
- Provides guidance and consultation on applications and related services to other departments. This will include use of software, licensing, cost, and customization.
- Effectively utilize company standard incident remediation system to assign, prioritize, track, and remediate incidents, tasks, and end user requests.
- Work independently to resolve issues, while understanding when to involve other IT support functions such as data center and networking.
