Datacom is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to lead ServiceNow workstreams for multiple clients. The role requires strong ServiceNow technical knowledge, configuration skills, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Requirements
- Strong ServiceNow technical knowledge and configuration skills
- TSM specialisation - understanding and experience of ITIL best practice, CMDB, CSDM, Service Design and SIAM
- Ability to configure Catalogue Items, and design/brand the Employee Service Centre to medium complexity
- Previous implementation project experience
- ServiceNow Functional Certifications and CSA desirable
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
