Datacom is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to lead ServiceNow workstreams for multiple clients. The successful candidate will have strong ServiceNow technical knowledge and configuration skills, as well as experience in stakeholder management and communication.
Requirements
- Strong ServiceNow technical knowledge and configuration skills
- TSM specialisation - understanding and experience of ITIL best practice, CMDB, CSDM, Service Design and SIAM
- Ability to configure Catalogue Items, and design/brand the Employee Service Centre to medium complexity
- Previous implementation project experience
- ServiceNow Functional Certifications and CSA desirable
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
