Control Operations Associate Manager

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Control Operations Associate Manager to support the Security and Access Management programs within the Information Security organization. The role involves guiding teams on security compliance methodologies, developing support processes, and implementing improvements based on limited oversight. This position will work closely with other stakeholders, including Governance, Risk, and Compliance, and focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks within the control environment. The role serves as a key point of contact for internal and external customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Computer Systems, Management Information Systems, or high school degree with 10+ years in equivalent work experience
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Familiarity with SOX, NIST publications, and CMMC requirements
• Security + certification (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISSP) and CISSP, CEH, CISA, or CISM certifications
• Ability to identify and manage technical issues
