Controls Assurance and Testing Analysts

EY is seeking an Identity and Access Management Controls Specialist to manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of their enterprise identity and access management control program. This role involves ensuring compliance with security standards, strengthening internal controls, and addressing security gaps. The position also collaborates with IT teams and external auditors to improve the organization's security posture and contribute to risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of related work experience, including at least 5 years in risk management, controls assessment, or cybersecurity governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA) from a recognized institution.
• Supervisory experience preferred, with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
