Coordenador(a) de Gestão de Acessos

Arco is seeking a Coordenador(a) of Access Management to lead the team responsible for Information Security Governance. The role involves managing access control teams, establishing access policies, automating access processes, and ensuring compliance with security standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with IAM tools and a strong understanding of ITIL processes.

Requirements

• Complete higher education
• Solid experience with access management and identity
• Knowledge of IAM/Access Management tools (e.g. SailPoint, Oracle IAM, CyberArk, Azure AD)
• Experience with audits and compliance (e.g. SOX, ISO 27001, LGPD, GDPR)
• Ability to lead and manage teams
• Knowledge in ITIL processes
• Desirable: CISM, CISSP, ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy), Intermediate/Advanced English, Knowledge of identity governance projects (IGA)
• Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g. Azure AD, AWS IAM, Google Workspace Admin)
• Data analysis and report generation
