The HR Coordinator manages daily Tier 0-1 employee inquiries, addresses concerns, and resolves HR issues in collaboration with HR COE teams. They handle requests through the case management system and email, supporting various HR functions and processing new hire onboarding and internal movements.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication, time management, and system administration skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Workday, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word preferred
  • Prior experience in a Human Resources role is preferred
  • 0-3 years of related experience
