Corporate Counsel, EMEA Public Sector

ServiceNow is seeking a Corporate Counsel for European and Middle East public sector contracting. This role will support the ServiceNow’s sales team, focusing on SaaS contracts and providing a subject matter expert role. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and pragmatic attorney with strong negotiation and contract management skills, reporting to a lead in a global public sector transactions team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of in-house public sector contracting experience.
• Experience negotiating agreements with government customers.
• Fluency in English, French, and/or other major languages.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles.
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient drafting and legal technical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
