Corporate Data Platform Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Platform Manager to define the data strategy for the internal data platform, analyze business processes, and provide strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and support decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing data platform environment, Azure Data Architectures, MS SQL.
• Proven experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements.
• Leadership and coordination of agile teams for the development of new data architectures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data governance and data quality management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft data architecture and Power BI, Github.
• Knowledge in ERP processes and dataset is a plus (Sicpa’s ERP is SAP S4).
• Familiarity with SQL, Python.
• Experience in Infrastructure as a Code deployment. DevOps management CI/CD is a plus.
• Experience in coordinating work with tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English.
