The Corporate IT Administrator provides expert level IT support to Company Executives and staff, operating onsite and on-call, to resolve incident issues, request fulfillment, and project planning. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, technical expertise, and maintaining confidentiality. The administrator also serves as a primary point of contact for the Leadership Team.

Requirements

  • Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ ‘We Win Hearts’ Company-wide culture.
  • Provide onsite and remote support for Station Casinos organization and Senior level Executives.
  • Establish trust with the Leadership Team by performing expert technical support.
  • Resolve complex, break/fix issues in a collaborative environment.
  • Maintained confidentiality and demonstrated discretion.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware and software.

Requirements Summary

2+ years of IT support experience, 5+ years of installation/configuration, 5+ years troubleshooting, and strong communication & problem-solving skills are required. Proficiency in macOS, iOS, and Windows operating systems is essential
