ServiceNow is seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to shape the vision, architecture, and delivery of customer and revenue transformations. This role involves collaborating with executives and stakeholders to translate strategy into practical roadmaps, design modern ServiceNow solutions, and manage commercial proposals. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Salesforce/CRM architect, ready to lead with ServiceNow at enterprise scale.

Requirements

  • 8–15+ years in CRM/Service transformation with deep architecture experience
  • 3–5+ years with ServiceNow workflows (Customer/Revenue and/or Industry)
  • Strong enterprise architecture skills
  • Exceptional facilitation, storytelling, and executive communication skills
  • Self-driven innovator with a bias to action and evidence of codifying IP/offers
