The Cross Functional Lead - L1 will act as a single point of contact for ITIL processes, manage discussions with customers and vendors, and drive collaboration with multiple stakeholders. The role involves leading ITIL process resources to achieve KPIs and service level targets, ensuring process adherence, and reporting to customers.
Requirements
- 10-14 years of experience in ITSM practice
- ITIL V4 MP / ITIL 2011 Expert certification
- SIAM Foundation / Architect Certification
- Good knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, HPSM
- Capability to deliver ITIL trainings
- Excellent team management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good documentation and process flow diagramming skills
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Management / Engineering / Computer sciences
