Valua is seeking a Customer Data Manager to oversee the collection, analysis, and management of customer data across the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and availability to support business decision-making and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will be strategic, outgoing, and have a passion for data analysis. The role is within the Customer Success team, focused on KYC management, customer contact data, and satisfaction surveys.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business, or related field
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in customer data management or a similar operational role
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables), BI reporting tools, and SQL (plus)
- Project coordination skills
- Solid understanding of data governance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills
