Kentro is seeking an experienced Customer Service Engineer (System Administrator) to support VA-ESOM- End Point Support and Operations Monitoring in the United States. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting customers with system administration tasks. Requirements

  • Support the Government with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems.
  • Assist customers with system administration tasks.
  • Log data in system admin logs.
  • Monitoring open tickets in ServiceNow.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to obtain required security clearances (US Citizenship or Green card holder).

Requirements Summary
