The role focuses on providing onsite and remote technical support to VA employees, including troubleshooting, system administration, and customer service. Requirements

  • Support the Government with computer system maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in remote and desk-side technical support, providing assistance to VA employees.
  • Maintain Active Directory and system accounts, ensuring connectivity and client applications.
  • Monitor VA systems and IT tickets using ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions.
  • Utilize debugging protocols and processes.
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending.
  • US Citizen or Green card holder
