Kentro is seeking an experienced Customer Service Engineer (System Administrator) to support a VA-ESOM- End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract. The role involves providing onsite and remote technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining system administration tasks. Requirements

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and equipment.
  • Assist customers with system administration tasks and diagnostic/repair.
  • Maintain Active Directory and network accounts.
  • Monitor VA's ServiceNow customer ticketing system.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and bend, twist, squat, reach, climb, and crawl.
