ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Success Executive to drive strategic post-sales activities within key accounts. This role focuses on accelerating customers’ journeys to success, securing renewals, and maximizing the value of ServiceNow’s platform. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and proactively identify potential risks and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
  • Educational Background: BA/BS or equivalent required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in running large-scale, strategic accounts and exceeding business objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing Customer Success or Consulting teams.
  • Strong experience building relationships with C-level business leaders.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing environments.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree required, preferably Master's. 12+ years' experience in consulting/solution-selling with digital transformation focus. Strong leadership and C-level relationship building skills
