ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Success Executive to drive value for their largest and most strategic accounts. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, aligning stakeholders, and accelerating the ServiceNow platform adoption. The ideal candidate will lead strategic account teams and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to deliver digital transformation and ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Minimum 15 years in management consulting leadership
  • Experience running and transforming large-scale business organizations
  • Demonstrated success and accountability for strategic account management
  • Experience building and leading high-performing Customer Success or consulting functions
  • Ability to drive operational rigor and financial metrics
  • Strong executive C-level relationships
  • Experience working cross-functionally

Requirements Summary
