ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Success Executive to lead post-sales activities and drive long-term value for key accounts. This role focuses on accelerating customers’ digital transformation journey, fostering strategic alignment, and mitigating risks. The Executive will work closely with C-level executives to guide business initiatives and maximize ServiceNow’s impact.

Requirements

  • Experience leveraging AI to enhance work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving
  • Experience leading large-scale digital transformations within SaaS or enterprise software environments
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and build lasting relationships with senior executives
  • 15 years in management consulting, solution consulting, or a leadership role at a top-tier consulting firm
  • Strong experience designing and implementing scalable, repeatable processes
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
