Peraton is seeking a Customer Technical Support Representative (SCA) to provide technical support to clients. The role involves diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network problems, analyzing data, and contributing to infrastructure maintenance. The SCA will support users through information and training, and may perform basic software programming.

Requirements

  • Provides Tier I and II technical software, hardware and network problem resolution.
  • Analyzes incoming requests and coordinates support.
  • Resolves problems or contacts senior support personnel.
  • Maintains network diagrams and circuit records.
  • Instructs users in the use of PCs and networks.

Requirements Summary

High school degree with 4-5 years of experience. Requires U.S. citizenship and obtain DP II Public Trust clearance. Must hold an ITIL 4 Foundations Certification
