Peraton is seeking a Customer Technical Support Representative (SCA) to provide Tier I and II technical support to clients. The role involves troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues, using automated systems, and conducting research. SCA will also manage network diagrams and instruct users on computer skills.
Requirements
- High School level plus some advanced training.
- 4-5 years of experience.
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain Department of Defense security clearance (ADP II Public Trust) - likely to require additional training.
- IM/IT support experience (or related relevant experience).
- Security+ Certified
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCP) preferred
