Peraton is seeking a Customer Technical Support Representative (SCA) to provide technical support to clients via Tier I and II software, hardware, and network solutions. This role involves troubleshooting, problem-solving, and user support, utilizing automated systems and establishing good working relationships with team members.

Requirements

  • Performs Tier I and II software, hardware, and network problem resolution
  • Reviews requests and resolves issues or escalates to senior support
  • Maintains network diagrams and circuit records
  • Instructs users on computer and network software
  • Implements basic PC/PBX/network software programming

Requirements Summary

HS diploma+ training. 4-5 years experience. US citizenship & IT/ITIL 4 foundations certification needed, plus ADP II Public Trust clearance (2-3 month prep)
