Devoteam is seeking a Customer Workflow Business Lead (m/f/d) to strengthen their ServiceNow team and contribute to their digital transformation initiatives. This hybrid role involves building relationships with customers, managing processes, leading projects, and driving business development within ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow implementation and be a strategic thinker.
Requirements
- At least 5 years business and subject matter expertise in the CWF area in a consultancy role.
- Proven experience in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions or similar solutions (SalesForce).
- Experience in pre-sales activities for business development.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at C-level and drive the creation of an offer.
- Experience in leading teams and projects, as well as pronounced leadership qualities.
- Very good general consulting and soft skills, such as structured thinking, requirement analysis and effective presentation skills.
- Fluid German and English skills in both written and spoken form.
- Fluent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
