Devoteam is seeking an experienced CWF Business Lead to strengthen their ServiceNow team. This role focuses on building a team of IT professionals for customers, leading them in their digital transformation initiatives, and providing support in troubleshooting and optimizing their systems. The position involves consulting, implementation, and business development, along with collaboration with various teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of business experience in a consulting function
- Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions or similar solutions (SalesForce)
- Experience in pre-sales activities
- Ability to approach and advance stakeholders at C-level
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
