Devoteam is looking for an experienced CWF Domain Business Lead to join our ServiceNow team. The main responsibility is to grow & manage a team of IT professionals at customers to support digital transformation initiatives. The role combines relationship-building and support skills with industry expertise and strategic thinking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CWF domain from consultancy role
• Proven experience with implementing of ServiceNow solution or similar solution (SalesForce)
• Experience in Business Development pre-sale activities
