CWF Domain Business Lead (m/w/d)

We are an international technology-independent consulting company with a focus on digital strategy, platform technologies, cybersecurity, and company transformation. We are looking for an experienced CWF Domain Business Lead to strengthen our ServiceNow team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of business and technical expertise in the CWF area in a consulting function.
• Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions or similar solutions (SalesForce).
• Experience in pre-sales activities for business development.
• Ability to address stakeholders at C-level and drive offer creation forward.
• Experience in leading teams and projects, as well as strong leadership qualities.
• Very good general consulting and soft skills, such as structured thinking, analysis of requirements, and effective presentations.
• Fluent German and English skills in word and writing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
