Cybersecurity Exceptions Manager

Deloitte is seeking a Cybersecurity Exceptions Manager to manage and oversee the cybersecurity exceptions process, utilizing the ServiceNow tool for exception tracking, resolution, and reporting. The successful candidate will analyze and assess potential risks associated with each exception, present clear and concise risk assessments to stakeholders, and partner with internal teams and requestors to gather data, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in Cybersecurity teams.
• Strong understanding of risk analysis and cybersecurity mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and demonstrated ability to explain complex cybersecurity topics in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with GRC tools and processes.
• Degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or equivalent.
• Cybersecurity professional qualification such as CISSP or equivalent.
