The D&IT Process Manager will be responsible for managing D&IT processes, ensuring alignment across teams and providers, and promoting simplification to ensure efficiencies. They will also engage with stakeholders to ensure processes are orchestrated and managed to meet agreed service levels, security requirements, and other quality standards.
Requirements
- University degree (D&IT, Data, Business, etc.)
- 10+ years of IT experience in designing and implementing IT processes/capabilities in a global, multicultural environment
- Project management experience
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of D&IT process architecture and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
