The D&IT Process Manager will be responsible for managing D&IT processes, designing and improving them in line with strategic goals and objectives, and ensuring process documentation and policies are up to date. The role will also involve engaging with stakeholders, influencing process changes, and contributing to the development of policies and standards.

Requirements

  • University degree (D&IT, Data, Business, etc.)
  • 10+ years of IT experience in designing and implementing IT processes/capabilities in a global, multicultural environment
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of D&IT process architecture and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
