Data Analytics Lead- Legal Operations

PlayStation is seeking a Data Analytics Lead to join their legal operations team, based in San Mateo, CA. The role will focus on designing and building a data analytics function, leading data-driven insights, and collaborating with Finance to enhance legal operations. This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and program management skills.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep proficiency with data analysis/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with data structures, file formats, and programming languages (SQL or Python)
• Familiarity with data management standards and compliance requirements
• Experience in legal technology, legal operations, and matrixed large legal departments
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Project certification preferred
