The Data Center Asset Management Lead role is pivotal in overseeing the ingestion and lifecycle maintenance of data center assets, utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tooling to ensure accurate and efficient asset management for the Site Operations team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in asset management, data center operations, or related roles, with a focus on CMMS tooling and lifecycle maintenance
- 5+ years working in a critical facility or data center environment, with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and IT assets
- Proven track record in implementing and managing asset management processes and CMMS-based workflows
- Strong analytical skills to assess asset data, predict maintenance needs, and optimize lifecycle strategies
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and train teams on CMMS usage
