CITECH is hiring a Data Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on integrating ServiceNow ITSM data with Snowflake, enabling data-driven analytical capabilities. The role involves establishing connections, extracting and loading data from various ServiceNow modules, and designing automated pipelines. This is a mission to leverage ServiceNow ITSM data for internal department analytics.
Requirements
- Establish and secure technical connections between ServiceNow ITSM and Snowflake.
- Extract and load data from Request Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management modules.
- Design an automated ingestion pipeline.
- Structure data within Snowflake according to a modular, reusable, and scalable structure.
- Implement metadata, refresh logics, and quality tracking.
- Document the pipeline, data schemas, and recovery points.

Requirements Summary
