The Data Scientist will build and deploy these models to improve incident prediction, anomaly detection, and workload optimization.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and data science techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and core data science libraries.
• Experience working with ServiceNow data and other IT operations datasets.
• Skilled in SQL for data exploration and feature engineering.
• Knowledge of Snowflake is an important capability.
• Familiarity with data storytelling tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to communicate insights effectively.
