GovCIO is seeking a Database Administrator to support its network and compute technology group. The role involves managing and troubleshooting Oracle RDBMS systems, supporting USPS and other network infrastructure, and providing technical leadership to drive projects. This is a full-time, remote position suitable for candidates with an active US Postal Service Public Trust certification.
Requirements
- Diagnose and resolve complex problems in Oracle RDBMS environments.
- Manage incident response via the USPS ServiceNow application.
- Develop and implement procedures for proactive problem detection and problem avoidance.
- Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical leadership in incident response, maintenance, documentation, and support.

Requirements Summary
