This role is for a Deal Operations Lead to support the sales organization in Australia and New Zealand. The lead will strategize deal structures, manage stakeholders, conduct UAT, and support the day-to-day aspects of deal process. ServiceNow is a global leader with an intelligent cloud-based platform connecting people and systems.
Requirements
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Management in Cloud, SaaS, and subscription business
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with CRM and CPQ systems
- Experience with working in multi-cultural and multi-national teams
- Strong intellect, active listening and creative problem solving skills
- 3+ years in Australian and New Zealand sales
Requirements Summary
