The Delivery Lead – CNB will oversee the end-to-end execution of complex remediation projects within the application space, aimed at improving the bank’s overall technology risk posture. The ideal candidate combines strong project delivery skills with the ability to translate technical remediation goals into structured, achievable work plans.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with application support operating models (e.g., ITIL), risk frameworks and audit findings lifecycle in financial services/banking
- Knowledge of risk types (e.g., resilience, obsolescence, control gaps) and experience implementing remediations to meet regulatory expectations.
- Prior experience working with control owners, technology risk and/or internal audit
- Skilled in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence), and reporting platforms (e.g. Excel, Tableau). Ability to translate risk items into executable project deliverables.
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to identify delivery risks early and take corrective actions.
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills across complex, multi-stakeholder technology environments.
- Familiarity with service management and GRC tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Archer) Ability to work across multiple layers of the tech stack – including application platforms, infrastructure, databases, and networks.
- Familiarity with IT control frameworks
- Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills across complex, multi-stakeholder technology environments. Prior experience with Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity programs
- Clear, concise communicator who can engage both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
