Delivery Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Executive to join our Government Solutions team, supporting a State of Texas contract. This client-facing, senior manager role will provide delivery leadership within a matrix environment, ensuring successful execution of complex public sector initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program and portfolio management for large-scale IT implementations, including governance frameworks and executive reporting.
• 10+ years of experience in security and compliance for public sector IT (NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP, PCI DSS).
• 8+ years of experience in cloud platforms and enterprise architecture for public sector deployments (Azure, AWS GovCloud).
• 8+ years of experience in system integration and APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware (MuleSoft, Tibco), and large-scale data integrations.
• 6+ years of experience with delivery and ITSM tooling (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence) and vendor/contract management platforms.
• 6+ years of experience with payments and financial systems, including ACH/NACHA and payment gateway integrations.
