We are looking for a Delivery Manager for our client based in Mérignac. The Delivery Manager will ensure the overall performance of the GEC product team, animate the team dynamic, and set up and track performance indicators.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in delivery management
  • Technical and Methodological Skills: Agility at scale (SAFe, PI Planning, agile rituals...), Experience in IT product/team management (You Build It, You Run It), Knowledge of performance management tools (DORA, Accelerate), Experience in skill management (GPEC/GEPP), Mastering Cloud tools (Cloud Practitioner certification), Knowledge of ticketing and incident management tools (Jira, ServiceNow...)
  • Relationship and Organizational Skills: Leadership and team animation (onboarding, skills development, collective dynamics), Ability to coordinate multiple actors (business, IT, support...), Sense of organization and priority management, Ability to lead change (accompaniment, communication), Proposal force and orientation towards continuous improvement
