ServiceNow is seeking a Demo Support Engineer specializing in Tools to improve the customer experience by testing, implementing, and supporting Demo Support Tools. This role involves collaborating with vendors, internal teams, and Solution Consultants to resolve complex issues and enhance demo process. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding, communication skills, and experience with ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Intermediate proficiency in HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Experience in administering, developing, maintaining, or supporting ServiceNow Applications and Systems preferred
  • Strong commitment to quality and customer service
