Deputy Product Owner - Ostrava

The Deputy Product Owner is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery and ongoing operational stability of the Workplace Services Hardware implementation within the ServiceNow environment.

Requirements

• Project Management and Agile development skills (experience or certification such as Prince 2, PMI, or Agile Scrum Master)
• ITIL experience or certification
• Overall ServiceNow background (CSA/CIS certifications are nice to have, but not mandatory)
• Fluent English
• Professional and friendly communication, presentation, and writing skills
• People management skills, building trust, positivity, honesty, and motivating team members
• Problem-solving skills
