GFT is seeking a 3rd-level Developer with practical ServiceNow experience to specialize in Customer Service Management. The role involves developing technical solutions using App Engine, configuring CSM, integrating with external systems, and supporting agile development methodologies. Requirements
- Practical experience in ServiceNow (minimum of 4 years)
- Knowledge and experience with CSM and App Engine/Flow Designer
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
- Ability to develop scripts using JavaScript
