As a Mid-Level Deskside Agent, you will provide in-person technical support for Treasury Department staff, addressing moderately complex IT issues to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for High Public Trust clearance.
  • 1–8+ years of relevant IT support experience.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common productivity tools.
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
