Provide advanced in-person IT support to Treasury Department staff at Washington, D.C. offices. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues, and contribute to knowledge transfer and process improvement.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for High Public Trust clearance.
- 1–8+ years of relevant IT support experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common productivity tools.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
