As a Desktop Engineer EUC L2, you will provide technical support for end-users, onsite hardware, and network devices. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktop, laptop, and server systems, as well as provide support for software installation, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in IT support
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
- Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Knowledge of Microsoft server technologies and their associated user management tools
