Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Desktop Support Supervisor to lead the team responsible for providing technical support to their members and local communities. The role involves resolving incidents, managing service requests, and ensuring adherence to SLAs, while also contributing to process improvements and training team members. Requirements
- Assist Manager with daily operations of the Desktop Support team
- Lead the timely resolution of incidents and service requests
- Manage ticket queues and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Desktop Support staff
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain documentation and knowledge bases
- Maintain use of service management tools such as ServiceNow
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Office applications
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting techniques

Requirements Summary
