AmTrust is seeking a Supervisor, End User Support, to oversee the support activities of the End User Support team. This role involves supervising staff, managing high-priority issues, ensuring service level agreements, and improving customer satisfaction. The supervisor will also assist with other team members and contribute to innovation.
