NTT DATA is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support the organization's desktop computing environment. Requirements

  • Ensure proper day-to-day operation of technology applications and equipment

  • Ensure all tickets are resolved within documented service levels
  • Utilize ServiceNow for issue tracking

Requirements Summary

2+ years of desktop support experience. Windows and Microsoft Office Suite skills required. Strong communication and customer service skills are a must
