Enterprise Horizon Consulting Group is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our gov’t customer on-site in Norfolk, VA.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Experience in federal government IT support/ help desk.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems as well as Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
