Duke Health Technology Solutions is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to develop and maintain the HR Service Delivery application for Duke University Health System. The role involves collaboration with HR partners, Agile development methodologies, and ServiceNow implementation tasks. This position requires experience in the HR Service Delivery application as well as ServiceNow operations.
Requirements
- Ensure smooth and top-quality delivery of projects.
- Collaborate & communicate with HR partners.
- Develop and document best practice approaches and reusable assets.
- Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Ensure smooth flow and support of high/critical tickets.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years ServiceNow experience, 5+ years related IT experience, and experience with ServiceNow HRSD fundamentals or Agile/Scrum methodologies
