Develop ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and catalog items. Design and develop custom code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Manage data imports, exports, and transformations, and ensure data integrity. Provide technical support and troubleshoot software flaws.
Requirements
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- ServiceNow Development experience
- ServiceNow knowledge/micro-cert of at least one: Customer Service Management, Playbooks, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Now Assist / AI, Platform Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Service Portal, Catalog Items, Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Test frame design
